Welcome to BoraSpace.

BoraSpace ("we," "our," "us") is a mobile application provided by Mulinga Labs Ltd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoraSpace mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using BoraSpace, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.

• BoraSpace is a digital marketplace that enables users ("Clients") to find, connect with, and book independent licensed therapists ("Therapists").
• We do not provide medical or therapeutic services, and we do not employ or supervise the Therapists using our Platform.

We provide:

• Therapist discovery
• Booking and appointment scheduling
• Encrypted in-app chat
• Third-party call session integration
• Third-party payment processing
• All therapy services are provided solely by independent professionals.

To use BoraSpace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred under applicable laws from using digital services

Therapists must additionally:

• Hold valid professional licenses
• Pass BoraSpace's manual verification
• Agree to additional Therapist Terms (provided separately)

BoraSpace:

• Is not a healthcare provider
• Does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
• Is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of therapy services
• Does not control the therapist–client relationship
• Does not store or access therapy conversations (due to encryption)
• Therapists are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of BoraSpace.

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Platform responsibly and respectfully
• Seek emergency help when needed (BoraSpace is not for crises)
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the Platform

As a Therapist, you agree to:

• Maintain active, valid licensing
• Deliver services ethically and professionally
• Comply with local laws and professional guidelines
• Keep user information confidential according to applicable law

• Appointment availability is set solely by each Therapist
• Clients may book sessions through the in-app scheduling system
• Rescheduling and cancellation policies vary by therapist and will be shown during booking
• BoraSpace is not responsible for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled sessions

• Payments are processed through third-party, compliant payment providers
• BoraSpace charges a service fee/commission on transactions
• BoraSpace does not store or directly process payment card information
• Refunds are handled in accordance with individual therapist policies and payment provider rules

• In-app chat is end-to-end encrypted; BoraSpace cannot access these messages
• Communication inside sessions is not stored by BoraSpace
• You are responsible for securing your device and network

• Users may upload or provide certain content (e.g., profile info, messages, documents sent to therapists).
• You agree that:
• You own or have rights to the content you provide
• Your content will not be illegal, abusive, or infringing
• BoraSpace may remove content that violates these Terms
• We do not store therapy session notes at this time.

• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant laws.

BoraSpace is designed to align with:

• Rwanda Data Protection & Privacy Law (RDPP Law, 2021)
• EU GDPR for European users
• US CCPA/CPRA for applicable US jurisdictions

We:

• Collect only minimal data required to operate the Platform
• Use secure and encrypted communication
• Store data in compliant infrastructure
• Allow users to request deletion, correction, or access of their data (where applicable)

• You may NOT use BoraSpace to:
• Provide medical emergencies or crisis services
• Harass, exploit, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person
• Violent, discriminatory, or illegal activities
• Attempt to break or bypass the Platform's security systems
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• BoraSpace owns all rights to:
• The platform
• Branding, logos, trademarks
• Code, design, features, and content
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal purposes.

BoraSpace integrates with:

• Third-party payment providers
• Identity verification providers
• Cloud hosting and analytics tools

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• BoraSpace is not liable for medical outcomes, therapist actions, or professional services
• BoraSpace is not responsible for technical interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access (despite reasonable safeguards)
• BoraSpace is provided "as-is" and "as-available"

• You agree to indemnify and hold BoraSpace harmless from claims arising from:
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your interactions with therapists
• Any breach of these Terms

• We may suspend or terminate your account for:
• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent behavior
• Abuse of the Platform
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of:
• Rwanda (primary jurisdiction for company operations)
• Additional local laws where required for users (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or court where legally applicable.
